  • Abstract
The genric and amounts of microorganisms and effects of condition on microorganisms were investigated in sequence constructed wetland process, as well as removal COD, NH4+-N and TP efficiency were investigated. The results obtained from test indicated that: there were 9 kind strains of microorganisms in constructed wetland, the major factor influencing the occurrence of each strain is the dissolved oxygen (DO); the major factor influencing the amounts of each strain is the temperature. lower effluent COD, NH4+-N and TP concentrations and higher percentage COD, NH4+-N and TP of removal are attained in summer, the other way round, higher effluent COD, NH4+-N and TP concentrations and lower percentage COD, NH4+-N and TP of removal are attained in winter.
