Abstract
Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
This paper used the dielectric spectrum method (Frequency Domain Spectroscopy), with laboratory equipment and facilities, built the experimental test platform for oil-paper dielectric response test. Simulated the actual operation of the transformer, and accelerated thermal aging tests by laboratory simulation of transformer oil-paper insulation aging, studied the dielectric spectra at different temperatures and different conditions of water content variation; analysis the dielectric properties of oil-paper insulation, summed up the relationship between the effect factors and the frequency dielectric spectrum, so it can supply an important basis for the correct diagnosis of transformer insulation condition, assessment of transformer´s remaining life and improving power supply reliability.
