The paper based on dissolved gas analysis in transformer oil and the three-ratio method. The Rough Set theory is introduced to reduce the code, which improves the fault diagnosis without enough information. A power transformer condition monitoring data processing system with corresponding diagnosis process and comprehensive fault diagnosis model is designed on LabVIEW platform. This method is proved to be effective, combined with example analysis.
