Abstract
In this paper we discuss how the ADEQUAT project (Advanced Developments for 0.25 μm CMOS Technologies) for process module development contributes to European submicron CMOS technology and creates the leverage to meet key electronic system requirements. The project roadmap and technical highlights are described and compared with the state of the art
