Abstract
Decision task and its features are defined in order to distinguish motions, decision purposes, decision problems, alternatives, etc. Indicators of decision tasks for the classification and the ordering are also given. On the definition, a conceptual model about the generation and identification of decision tasks in an organization is presented. Based on this model, a repeatable procedure of the argumentation is given. The technology used in our work is discussed and the implemented prototype is described in detail. Using specific indicators the effects of the prototype are reviewed at last.
