  • Abstract
An anti-electricity stealing method based on state estimation in power system was presented in this paper. Together with redundant measuring data, the method is independent of any electricity stealing technology. Meanwhile, the method avoids the disadvantage of theft judgment only according to the anti-electricity stealing equipments. By acquiring necessary electric energy data from the electric energy meters and terminals, all of the power user can be monitored to see whether someone is in electric stealing state. Totally, compared with the conventional anti-electricity stealing method, the method presented in this paper has the advantages of small investment, large monitoring area and real-tine monitoring.
