  • Abstract
    According to the working features of the drawing press,the article discusses its optimization design, how to establish the model and analyse dynamics based on Virtual Prototyping (VP) technology which integrates CAD, CAE and visual technologies, etc., and compared the simulative results and theoretic results. The results show that the motion characteristics of optimization model can meet to the sheet drawing speed and improve molding parts quality. It provided guidance to design mechanisms of drawing press, and shorten the product development cycle,reduced the development costs.
