Abstract

This paper analyzes the influence of institution of innovation on performance of innovation via conduct innovation with the case of private-owned industrial enterprises in Yangtze Delta. The result of Structural Equation Modeling shows that protection institution of innovation, external coordination institution of innovation and internal incitement institution of innovation have significant influence on conduct of innovation, while the direct influence of financing institution of innovation on conduct of innovation is not statistically significant. That means capital constraints is not a matter for private-owned industrial enterprises in Yangtze Delta.
