Abstract
The Two-way Smart Meter is a terminal equipment of Smart Distribution Grid. Along with maturity of Smart Distribution Grid(SDG) and application of New Energy, it is very obvious that the application of the Two-way Smart Meter is valuable. The Smart Meter which designed in this paper is practical and can be produced.
