Ergonomics in the design of process plant control rooms

Looks at how good ergonomic design requires a total approach to the problem to gain the benefits of an effective design. The following features should be individually considered: control room; console design; screen design; and alarm problems. Attention to one or two of these features will not be effective unless all four are addressed
