Abstract
The ellipsometric parameters for light reflection from a nonlinear optical dielectric film on a bigyrotropic magneto-electric slab are theoretically investigated. The contributions of the cubic optical nonlinearity and the magneto-electric coupling to the ellipsometric parameters at incidence angles close to the pseudo-Brewster angles are analyzed.
