Abstract
This study focuses on the question whether IT-assisted can improve music teaching quality. To answer this question, we design two questionnaires, for music teachers and students, respectively, and a music achievement test for students who accepted students´ questionnaires. We use qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the answers to the questionnaires and results of the music achievement test. The analysis indicates that IT-assisted music teaching can improve music teaching quality.
