  • Abstract
    A market for virtual electricity trade is formed with the basis of hydro-thermal exchange in this paper. Based on the virtual electricity market, each participants formulate their own plan considering the principle of maximizing benefits. This paper sets up an optimal dispatch model for electricity volume exchanged among plants which participate in the virtual electricity trades. The calculation indicates that the discussed model can leverage the current two factors, state energy policies and market mechanism quite well and can be practically used in the initial phase of electricity market reform of our country.
