Abstract :
Strontium barium niobate ceramics with tetragonal tungsten-bronze structure were prepared by conventional firing method from oxides and carbonates. The piezoelectric and pyroelectric properties were investigated to determine the potential of the SBN ceramics for pyroelectric and piezoelectric applications
