While KM, from the other side, is concerned with transforming tacit knowledge which reside in the heads of the experts to explicit knowledge so that it can be stored, processed, utilized, ... etc. Such transformation exists through discussion, meeting training, learning, and in job communication. In such a case, the integration is necessary for both following up the new knowledge and utilizing it all over the organization´s members.
