Abstract
A coupled-fed U-shaped monopole antenna for LTE/WWAN operation in the table computers is proposed. The obtained impedance bandwidth across the operating bands can reach about 281 / 1092 MHz for the LTE / WWAN bands, respectively. The measured peak gains and radiation efficiencies are about 2.8 / 5.4 dBi and 80 / 88% for the LTE / WWAN bands, respectively.
