Abstract :
The presented finite difference time domain algorithm can be used for simulation of electromagnetic fields in modern microwave devices containing dispersive medium. The analytical solution allows more physical simulation than other methods (Z-transform, convolution etc.) and reduces computational efforts. The testing experiments show good agreement with theoretical prediction
