  • Abstract
    The klystron input device calculation is described and realized as a part of a klystron simulation program. It is based on a gap field analytical study, a realistic equivalent circuit, and an iterative procedure for beam loading and gap voltage evaluation. The results from using this program are in sufficient agreement with experiment results and aid the understanding of klystron input device properties control. Some design methods are indicated
