Abstract :
MRAC (model reference adaptive control ) is one effective scheme for parameter identification in a flux field-oriented control system of induction motors. But most of the existent available reference models used in this field are based on the static models of induction motors, and so the transient performances are always unsatisfactory. In this paper, a dynamic reference model derived from induction motor´s dynamic models is proposed. The proposed novel dynamic reference model is really a further application of MRAC theory in induction motor drive systems, which realizes the real-time control. As the result, in virtue of the proposed dynamic reference model greatly improved transient performances are achieved. Simulation research proves its validity and good qualities from many aspects
