Abstract :
The robust stability of time delayed neural networks with uncertain nonlinear perturbation is analyzed based on Lyapunov stability theory. By choosing suitable Lyapunov functionals and using certain matrix transformations, sufficient conditions on robust stability of time delayed neural networks with uncertain nonlinear perturbation are given. The exponential asymptotical stability is investigated for the considered neural networks. All the stable criteria in this paper are presented in terms of linear matrix inequalities.
