Abstract
A direct-converted band pass delta sigma receiver (BPDSX) with a frequency translating technique incorporating the proposed sinusoidal RF DAC, which reduces noise power such as out of band harmonics and jitter noise, is proposed. The proofreading simulation successfully reveals that a proposed BPDSX provides the signal to noise ratio (SNR) of 47 dB, which is 16 dB higher than that of conventional BPDSX. The proposed BPDSX makes to relieve requirement of the conventional BP DSX while converting directly RF signal of 780 MHz to a digital domain.
