Abstract :
Summary form only given. A four-channel bipolar LD driver array for optical interconnections has been developed. This integrated circuit is specially designed for low threshold common cathode LD array applications with variable bias current and modulation current settings. The circuit is fabricated on silicon substrate. Measurements show a minimum-bit-rate of 622 Mbit/s per channel
