The research and realization of energy management system in iron and steel enterprise

Energy management system of iron and steel enterprise from the point of energy consumption based on Anshan Iron and Steel Group Company were described in this paper. It analyzed comprehensively the function and contents and realization of energy management system in iron and steel enterprise. Some key technique problems of energy management system such as energy balance and adjust, energy consumption prediction and analysis and system optimization were introduced. It was more important to use lower energy consumption, to lower cost of production and to upgrade products market competitiveness. The fact in past years that application of energy management system in Angang Group proved that the economic benefits had increased remarkable.
