Abstract :
First, the model of equipment remaining usage life prediction based on the grey system theory is established. According that, the remaining usage life prediction system is developed, and the main functional model is described. Then, the Weibull proportional hazards model (PHM) is used to establish the failure rate model based condition data. Besides, we have considered the model parameter estimation when the sample data is general censored data, and the model is validated by means of residual analysis, thus the optimal maintenance decision which satisfies the requirement of security can be determined. Finally, we take a bearing for an example to analyze and validate the practicability and rationality of the model.
