After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

On the basis of multiple surveys, it was started from the functions of government management information in this paper. From several aspects of suitability, accomplishment of targets, output, input and activities, the design idea of performance evaluation system of government management information construction was discussed, the performance evaluation index system of government management information construction was established in order to give forward a basis for performance evaluation of government management information.
