Abstract :
In response to image irregular movement caused by video cameras, a new algorithm of electronic Image Stability is proposed based on block matching. On this basis, the new three-step search algorithm has made the effective improvement to three step search method. The new three-step search algorithm solves the quivering problem in horizontal and vertical directions of images made by video cameras.
