Abstract :
This paper describes and explain the data warehouse strategy developed and implemented by Bahrain telecommunication company (Batelco). The data warehouse is one of the latest and advanced approaches for decision-making support. A qualitative single case study methodology along interviews is used in this paper. The results of this study provide a pragmatic picture about the adoption of data warehouse in Batelco.
