Abstract :
Planar integrated passives technology has been the subject of research in power electronics over the last few years. Integrated series resonant passives have been studied and manufactured in the past. However, the theory and technology for planar integrated parallel resonant passives have not been developed. The design and modeling of a 1 kW integrated parallel resonant transformer is presented. The small signal impedance measurement and in-circuit test results show the potential of applying planar integrated technology for parallel resonator transformer
