Research on the Relationships between Knowledge Potential Difference and Knowledge Transfer Based on the Knowledge Network of Enterprise, University and Research Institute

The meaning and reasons of knowledge network and the knowledge potential difference among the enterprise, the university and the research institute are introduced in this paper. The relation between knowledge potential difference and knowledge transfer of network partners is also discussed. By analyzing some key factors that affect the knowledge transfer in the knowledge network, some conclusions for the management practice are presented.
