Abstract :
A optical sensor was designed and developed for the application in bio-detection. It consists of excitation module, optical detection module and signal processing module. The sensor has highly sensitive and applied to detect protein concentration in urine arranging from 0.01 mg/ml to 0.3 mg/ml. The results show the feasibility of such optical sensor as biomarkers detection in home healthcare.
