Abstract
The time-domain impulse response of a wideband, fiber-optic, true time-delay array receiver is measured for the first time. The system demonstrates squint-free ±60° azimuthal steering and is capable of receiving and steering 113 ps pulses without discernible pulse distortion from the optical beamformer
