Abstract
Through the study of VPN and SSL VPN technologies, the articulation of systems security and efficiency using ECC encryption principle, has illustrated the weakness of RSA encryption in Public Key structure. In order to increase the speed of encryption and decryption, as well as shortening the CPU execution cycle, the paper applies ECC algorithm, which follows the optimization of accelerated point multiplication algorithm to SSL VPN technologies, and greatly improves the data processing speed of the server.
