Research on the Evolutionary Mechanism of Social Network Based on Competitive Selection

Public selection, competitive employment and other competitive selection of cadres are currently the important ways in the reform of our country´s cadre and personnel system. The way, level and range of competitive selection is taking continuous explorations and innovations, and covering more and more fields. From the perspective of information communication, the paper considers the social network as social capital flow channel based on information communication, constructs an analysis framework of the evolution of social network based on competitive selection, analyzes the evolutionary mechanism of the social network, and shows the formal description of the social network type, five-stage model and the dynamical evolutionary process model.
