Abstract :
From the standpoint of information technology application, and by means of integrating three-dimension display, virtual reality and information integration, we propose a four layer architecture of spatial three-dimension visualization information platform for urban power network. The platform is able to provide multi-resolution, multi-scale, multi-spatio-temporal and multi-category description of urban power network. The key technologies, such as synthetic modeling, visual simulation, information integration, visualization interaction and polymorphism computation, as well as the way to implement them are expounded in detail. Finally, some discussion on engineering construction of spatial three-dimension visualization information platform for urban power network is proposed.
