  • Abstract
    In this paper we discuss the use of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) formations for monitoring of industrial emissions, with a special focus on formation configuration and operation strategies. In addition, we also present some concepts for guidance and control of UAVs, together with applications related to oil spill detection and pollutant particle cloud tracking.
