Abstract :
An adaptive active network control and management system (AANCMS) are proposed. The architecture is designed to actively control, monitor and manage both conventional and active networks and be incrementally deployed in existing networks. AANCMS is focused on an active monitoring and control infrastructure that can be used to manage networks.
