Abstract :
The purpose of this paper is to forecast the development trend of´ websites adopt 2.0 mode of group purchase through researches on deal-of-the-day website. It analyzes the basic characteristics of group-buying 2.0 and compares this emerging group purchase with the mature e-business market. The result shows the key of developing online group-buying is to resolve localization and differentiation issues that are customer demand-oriented and suggests two possible trends. The author conclude that the future winner is the team who has a high capacity of resource integration with stable financial support and that only with mass clients and users resources, professional and flexible performance and continuous creation can a team stand out in the fierce competition.
