Abstract :
We investigate electrical dispersion compensation for 40-Gbit/s direct-detection polarization-division-multiplexing DQPSK signals by utilizing 1/2 fractionally-spaced multi-input- multi-output (MIMO) decision feedback equalizers (DFE) operating at 10-Gbit/s.
