Abstract :
With the development of modern educational technology, the traditional English teaching mode cannot meet the needs of students any more. We need to make some adjustments to adapt to the trend of the teaching reform. This thesis makes a preliminary study of the collaborative English learning mode based on e-Learning. This mode bases on the theory of Constructivism, makes full use of the advantages and characteristics of computer and network, and integrates the information technology with English course together effectively. It is significant to the reform from teacher-centered to student-centered teaching mode. It is helpful to the cultivation of the students´ collaborative ability and spirit, and has important theoretical significance and practical value.
