Abstract :
Along with the information resources electronic, networking and the quantity of network information surging, in order to a better use of the performance of network information resources, this paper discussed the relationship between metadata and webometrics and the feasibility of webometrics with Dublin Core Element Set as the data source of network information in view of the problems about the organization and management of network information resources.
