China has been the first for more than ten years in the world textile export, and moreover China has a textile consumption big country and production big country in the world, all the things have proved that China have many comparative advantages to develop textile industry, however, America, as representative for the developed countries, in spite of the above fact, frequently made various trade barriers to China´s textiles. In order to discover the negative influence of trade protective measures on China´s textiles, the paper respectively explained the market equilibrium under the condition of close state, free trade, and protective trade, contrasted the social welfare levels of different trade environments, and finally listed in detail the measures which were established by America for keeping China´s textiles international trade within limits, and brought forward some policy suggestions.
