  • Abstract
    Tetherin cDNA was amplified from total RNA prepared from HeLa cells by RT-PCR, then cloned into the eukaryotic expression vector pEGFP-C3. The generated pEGFP-Tetherin construct was transfected into COS-1 to determine the expression and the subcellular localization of GFP-Tetherin fusion protein. Under CLSM the localization of GFP-Tetherin fusion protein distributed outside the nucleus and co-localized with TGN in COS-1 cells.
