Abstract
To effectively improve the collaborative manufacturing management level and manufacturing execution ability, this paper provides an integrated collaborative manufacturing management system for complex product which supports workshop real-time information integration, based on the analysis of presently research and application situation and requirements of collaborative digital management for complex product manufacturing. The integrated collaborative manufacturing management system for complex product consists of six parts including resource service layer, basic service layer, collaborative manufacturing function layer, collaborative support layer, service layer and user layer. Furthermore, some of the key issues which are important to realize the system are described in detail, including dynamic job schedule and management based on workshop real-time information, manufacturing resource management and real-time control technologies etc. Finally, the system is developed and applied in an automobile engine manufacturing workshop and its feasibility is demonstrated.
