Abstract :
The fact is that in a case of babies, being imperfect to communicate themselves, they have no ability to exactly represent their health state of body or are not enough to do. For this, in this paper, we will suggest a method diagnosing with objective and visual data from extracting, preferentially in process, specific area ocular inspection needs in a face of baby automatically and analyzing color about it. For extracting objective data about diagnosis, we extracted areas of ears, eyes, mouth and nose or apex nasi automatically and analyzed colors about the extracted areas from input image photographed in environment being most suitable. And we will prove usefulness of method proposed by experiment.
