Abstract :
Due to the ability to accurately and rapidly identify an individual using physical attributes, the development of identification systems based on biometrics has attracted considerable recent interest. However, despite progress with various types of biometric systems, the biological data of users are predominantly used for personal identification, and the application of biometrics for other types of verification has not been well studied. In this study, we describe a novel method for the application of biometrics to prove that two users are present at the same time and place by using fingerprints and biological parameters generated by combined physical features. The application of this method is the proof that individuals have consented to an agreement at the same time and place.
