Abstract

In this paper, we propose a support system for making persona using Bayesian network analysis. Many products and services that we use in daily life are developed through human-centered design. Recently, the "Persona Method" has been receiving attention as a method for making the processes smooth. The Persona Method creates specific images, such as customers and users of products and services from real people, in a virtual space. However, it is currently difficult to make identical personas as the quality of each persona is dependent on the maker\´s skill. Therefore, our aim is to develop an automated method for making personas.
