Abstract :
In this work we present a service recommender system for active services according to service requestors\´ goal in migrating workflows. The system is modeled as a multi-agent environment where clients and service agents negotiate using a Co-evolutionary Contract-Net (CeCN). In the negotiation, service organizations are an active side, avoiding "cognition- overloaded" and "drifting of course" for clients. On the other hand, the process of service organizations co-evolution allows a more global view, improving the solutions of a pure market-based workflows.
