Abstract
This paper describes the sensor electronics and 3D imaging display for Ultrasonic MEMS level sensing system. Conventional level sensors measure the flat level of liquid and solid surfaces. Ultrasonic MEMS level sensors can measure hybrid levels possibly mixed with solids and liquids or solid surfaces containing conical and pyramid structures. Coal bunker level measurement in Thermal Power Plants and milk powder quality measurement based on the structure of milk pyramids are examples of application of the development of Ultrasonic MEMS.
