Abstract :
As is well known, scientific technology is growing rapidly in modern society, with an overall development in computer science, information technology, telecommunication technology and other cutting-edge techniques. Among the various subjects, electrical business is developing widely around the world currently. Its appearance has greatly changed the trading model of the community. And in multiple ways, it has mostly impulses and challenges the traditional civil law, commercial law, and entire law system. Scientific technology, on one hand, pushes forward the economic status of the nation, and fosters progresses in law on the other hand. Proven samples turn out to be obvious displaying in legislation, justice, law education, related research and some other fields. Concrete description could be presented that the bloom of scientific technology is completely influential for law-related issues like its content, form, adjustment area, adjustment measure, term, etc.
