Abstract :
Affinity ultrafiltration as a new filtration technology has both the advantages of affinity purification and membrane separation. In this study, the dextran T2000 (dextran with nominal molecular weight of 2 million) was employed, after epichlorohydrin activation and coupled with PAB (P-aminobenzamidine) as affinity ligand, we got affinity ultrafiltration carrier with the ligand concentration of 108.21 μ mol/g. The changes of infrared adsorption spectrum and ultraviolet adsorption spectrum in the processing of affinity carrier preparing were researched, and pilot study on trypsin purified by the affinity filtration was performed.
